MP Anganwadi Recruitment 2026 Phase-1: 2548 Posts for Anganwadi Karyakarta & Sahayika

The Sanchalanalaya Mahila Evam Bal Vikas, Madhya Pradesh has released the official notification for 2548 Anganwadi Karyakarta (Worker) and Anganwadi Sahayika (Helper) posts under Phase-1 Recruitment 2026. Eligible women candidates can apply online through the MP Online Chayan Portal from 01 July 2026 to 13 July 2026. The correction facility will remain available until 15 July 2026.

🏢 Overview of Vacancies

This recruitment includes 781 Anganwadi Karyakarta and 1767 Anganwadi Sahayika vacancies across 55 districts of Madhya Pradesh. The vacancies include current vacant posts, anticipated vacancies up to December 2026, and re-advertised posts where eligible applications were not received earlier.

📍 Local Domicile Requirement

Applicants must be permanent residents of the same Revenue Village (for rural vacancies) or the same Municipal Ward (for urban vacancies) where the Anganwadi Centre is located. Women belonging to other villages or wards are not eligible for that particular vacancy.

🎓 Educational Qualification

Candidates must have passed 12th (Higher Secondary) from a recognized board. Certificates from other boards will only be accepted if they are included in the equivalency list issued by the Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education. Only female candidates are eligible.

🎂 Age Limit

Applicants must be between 18 and 35 years of age as on 01 January 2026. The Class 10 mark sheet will be considered the valid proof of age.

💳 Application Fee

Candidates are required to pay an application fee of ₹100 + 18% GST. Payment can be made online through the MP Online portal while submitting the application.

📝 Online Application Process

Applications will be accepted only through the MP Online Chayan Portal. Offline applications will not be accepted under any circumstances. Candidates must upload all required documents in PDF format while submitting the online application. The correction/edit option will remain available until 15 July 2026.
